Anandpur Institute is the first Sikh-focused Non-Profit Business Incubator & Accelerator, providing ambitious changemakers with the tools, mentorship, and funding they need to bring their projects to life.

This year, applicants begin with a rigorous pre-Bootcamp online curriculum, followed by a competitive work and interview process. From this cohort, 10 outstanding fellows are selected to participate in our intensive 10-day Leadership Bootcamp, where they receive expert training in leadership, fundraising, marketing, and more.

Along with engaging in expert-led classes, Fellows will also receive mentorship from Sikh Parchariks, ensuring their projects stay rooted in Sikh values. The program then culminates to a 2-day Convention, later in the year, where fellows pitch their projects to industry leaders for potential funding and growth opportunities.
